Cancellation Policy

​

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review our policy below:

• Cancellations at least two business days before your appointment

  • Receive a 50 percent refund of your consultation fee.

  • The remaining 50 percent may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment (valid for one year).

• Rescheduling at least two business days in advance

  • No penalty. You may reschedule at no additional cost.

• Late cancellations (within two business days of your appointment)

  • No refund or credit will be issued.

Refunds and credits will be issued based on this cancellation policy.
